Kim is a great person to work with.  She went above and beyond the scope of realtor duties that I usually get from a realtor.  Due to the fact that we had a title issue to resolve, she went to bat for us and got it resolved in record time.  I am disappointed in the price I got for my house, however.  But the market being what it was at the time, I was probably lucky it sold.  Thank you Kim.
